Lionel Robberds QC
Lionel Robberds was admitted to the New South Wales Bar in
1966 and appointed Queen's Counsel in 1982. He was a member
of the National Crime Authority in 1988, appointed a member
of the Legal Profession Standards Board in 1994 and a member
of the Legal Services Tribunal in 1995.
Mr. Robberds areas of practice include criminal
law, Standing Commissions of Inquiry, Customs Act prosecutions,
Trade Practices, Commercial, Family law, Equity and Professional
standards (solicitors).
Richard Tracey QC
Richard Tracey was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1991. He is
a member of the Legal Profession Tribunal (Vic), appointed
Hearing Commissioner, Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission
and has an extensive record as a lecturer and Visiting Fellow
at the University of Melbourne. Mr. Tracey is a consultant
to the Director of Army Legal Services in the rank of Colonel.
His areas of practice include Industrial Law
and Administrative Law.
Nicholas Green QC
Nicholas Green has been a practicing member of the Victorian
Bar since 1982 after graduating from The University of Melbourne.
He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1999. Since 1997 he has
been a Visiting Fellow at the Law School of The University
of Melbourne where he teaches Advocacy to undergraduates.
His areas of practice include Industrial Law
and Administrative Law.
John Agius SC
John Agius was admitted to the New South Wales Bar in August
1977.
Appointed Senior Counsel In NSW 1995 his areas
of practice include: Commissions of Inquiry, Common Law (including
medical and legal professional negligence, product liability)
Criminal law, Corporations Law, Industrial law and in particular
Occupational Health and Safety.
He has appeared or advised the NSW Crime Commission
(Counsel Assisting), National Crime Authority, Police Integrity
Commission (NSW) and the Royal Commission into the New South
Wales Police Service conducted by Justice Wood (1994-1997).
